I have a therapist appointment today

I hope I can open up and find the right words. I’ve had at least 50 therapists in my lifetime. I really really need to talk. I hope I don’t get sleepy, it’s in about six hours and I only slept about five hours. The sleep aid I took might have lingering effects. I can step out for some fresh air beforehand.

Maybe kind of plan what you want to talk about before you go there. I always feel I should do this but I usually only think of a couple things I want to talk about and the remainder of the time I just wing it.

Even better. You can sit in the comfort of your own home and figure out what you want to talk about.

My pdoc is my therapist. I see her next week.

I’ll mention how hard it is to not have any contact with people, my lack of persona, and feeling feral, my moments of psychosis caused by resentment and my inability to forgive. By the way, I had a dream I flew to Iraq last night and formed a friendship with a pleasant man who had some weird guitars.
