I’ve always heard that exact dream means that you feel a lack of control in your life.

I’m not sure what the basis of that is, but it’s a common one.

My teeth are beginning to migrate south towards the incisor teeth.

And the result is that the incisor teeth are sliding past each other like tectonic plates

It’s fine but if it continues there will be a functional problem with my teeth.

And I’d need braces apparently

I’ve had that loosing teeth dream more than once I think.

It’s not a pleasant dream.

Yes. I’ve dreamed that my teeth were all breaking into pieces and I was bleeding badly and swallowing some of my teeth and spitting out the rest.

I’m a teeth grinder at night. I think that’s what caused the dream,

I now wear a bite guard at night.
