i have to go to the dental hospital next Tuesday and i am scared 
i think i need to ask for help but i dont think i’ll get any

i hope it goes well. i had to go to a dentist multiple times over a course of 6 months to get teeth pulled and dentures ready.
When I go to the dentist, I have folks with good hands and good education and good intellect doing a service for me. But yeah, it is hard to show up for dentistry!

thanks Jay, i dont think i can go myself, i phoned my mental health clinic but they dont want to help and i havent taken meds today
