Do not feel bad for feeling the way you feel. You most certainly need to take care of yourself too! I hope your daughter can get to feeling better soon. Do you do anything creative hobby-wise that you could try? I like crocheting and knitting. There are so many good YouTube videos that teach it. Or simply coloring if you just need to zone out for a bit even! Embroidery, etc. There’s lots of options. I hope you have a good night.

Read a book, or maybe watch a dvd. Do a crossword puzzle or something like that. Maybe your daughter could use a med change. You might ask her pdoc about that.
