And I hate neighbors who won’t train their dogs even more. I just want to sleep. To get get good sleep once. And I finally get tired enough to lay down and relax and fall asleep and I’m woken up by the stupid neighbors dog who has been bsrking for the past at least 15 minutes non stop. I ■■■■■■■ hate people I just want to sleep.

I have accepted that I’m just going to be awake now and have decided to continue my crafts. I’m feeling a little better now that I’ve just accepted it though still annoyed that the dog is still barking.

Sorry about the dogs barking and waking you up. I feel bad for you that your neighbors are so ill responsible.
If I could I would give you a loud dog whistle to bother them back, which would set em off worse , but might give the owners an idea to shut em up at night / day.

Keep a bark log for the building management and possibly also your local municipality. We had a dog across from us at the condo that barked all day. We put a sound-activated recorder out in the back and also had the bark log. The guy got rid of the dog after being fined several times.

I might have to look into doing something like this. Right now I’m not exactly sure which house the dog is from because its usually at night and I don’t want to go outside. But it wouldn’t be hard to figure out. I might look into our city laws concerning noiss and nuisance laws too so that I know legally what I can do and how to file a complaint through the proper channels.
