I had to stop clozaril today

I kept passing out onnit twice a day. I felt my gait was in walking into cement. I’m dizzy still and threw up this morning.

I’m going on latuda back till June appt. They raised to one forty mg.

I’m sorry it didn’t work out. I know you had high hopes for the Clozaril. Hopefully your pdoc comes up with a better option that helps you. The Latuda is fine for the short-term, but you were still having so many problems on it, it’s probably better to change to something else.

For me, the miracle drug is Zyprexa. My positive symptoms, including my paranoia, are completely controlled. I hope you find your miracle drug with your next switch! You deserve it!

@roxanna therapy might help too with the subconscious stuff. I’m myself waiting to hear about which med my friends friend is using who had similar problem

I think latuda would work better if I had a mood stabilizer added to it that’s not trileptal. And they raised it to 140mg. I stupidly told pdoc I felt latuda wasn’t working. But I will ask him to keep me on latuda s little longer.

That’s not stupid if that’s what you felt. You did the right thing.

I had major people voices with depakote 1000mg, seroquel 300mg and latuda 120mg together. With invega and depakote they are tolerable

They bumped me up to seeing my pdoc tomorrow morning at 11am.

I’m so glad you got in sooner! You know your body best, if you think the Latuda is worth trying a little longer, I wish you luck with it. If you’d prefer to try something new, don’t be afraid to speak up!
