I had this delusion that someone hacked my PC

I’ve had this delusion from the very early prodromal stage of psychosis.

I’ve always thought, that someone hacks my pc.

So today, I watched one video on youtube, which explains how to check ALL the IP addresses on pc.

And actually… the only one which is interested in me is microsoft, google and some other known programmers?? Or programs IDK.

So, I am finally calm. No one stalks me and no one hacked my pc…

Sounds strange, but I hope I finally won this fight with delusion!

I am literally feeling relaxed Did the check on both computers to be sure…

Just amazed at the same way, for how long I was believing into the lie created by my own head.
