I was due my injection a week ago but we have switched to aripiprazole.
Last night was a bit tough. I don’t really want to go into detail but it involves me being murdered.
Don’t know if it’s going to work out.
It takes 2 weeks for abilify pills 
to build up in your system. You should see it start to work properly after a month.

I had a crazy thought last week that my daughter was being attacked. I contacted her and she was fine.

I get the injection on the 2nd January. For now I take the 10mg pills.
I try not to get paranoid and am lucky to have a wonderful support team. I pray everyday I will be okay.
But am afraid of thinking intrusive thoughts.
I have intrusive thoughts everyday… They are exhausting
