I got a lot of errands done, I went to the gym and worked out really hard and I even ate very healthy today. For breakfast whole grain English muffin with scrambled eggs and some strawberries. Then for dinner (I wake up late so breakfast pretty much is my lunch) I had brown rice, quinoa, kale, beef with a mix of veggies with a cup of milk. Can’t claim cooking it as my mom did but I didn’t go get any fast food or cheat with sweets or anything. Even when I got super hungry after dinner instead of going out for fast food I ate half a cup of plain organic yogurt.
I am really trying to improve myself and what small aspects of my life I have control over right now. I want to pull out of my depressive slump. My classes start tomorrow…yikes!
