I had a good workout today

I did good today. My husband, a disabled bodybuilder, helped me today so my workout was much harder. I’m exhausted but I feel good. Hopefully I can motivate myself to do this regularly so I can get fit and lose weight. I struggle with motivation though. I spend way too much time on the couch doing nothing. I was physically fit 3 years ago and now I’m in really bad shape. I mean really bad. But I feel good about today’s workout. :slight_smile:
