I had created a list of 16 topics and all these were discussed, very personal, not sharing here, but it was a good psych meeting.

that’s cool. i never really planned out my visits. i should consider doing that.

I had a good appointment with my pdoc yesterday too. We discussed my trying a new medicine, Invega injections. Ultimately we decided to stay with Risperdal Consta because, as my pdoc said, “Stick with what works.” We decided to use a lidocaine/procaine numbing cream to numb the injection site, before my shots, to make it more tolerable for me.
