I went shopping today for some art supplies 
I’m so excited to have them; I hope to make some good art with them.
I’m really happy to have some Copics to try out (Copics are the three markers).

I bought my daughter a set of copic markers for Christmas! They smell bad, but they are otherwise really neat. I’m glad you found something that makes you happy.

Yes, lately I’ve been doing very well my psychosis is minimal and the Lexapro increase helped bad anxiety.
Now I can focus on other things

That’s so cool! I would love some nicer markers and colored pencils for all of the coloring I do. I find I like adult supplies but children’s books lol

I bought a whole bunch of adult coloring books and colored pencils one time thinking it would calm me but I found that instead of calming me, it stresses me out. And now, I am stuck with all of these adult coloring books. Mostly consisting of maddening mandalas. It’s weird how we’re all different.

Yeah, same with me. I was so excited to get a coloring book but coloring gave me a huge headache. Anything repetitive gives me a headache. Which is bad because work tends to be repetitive…
