I got in trouble, the in laws shih Tzu hasn’t been kept up grooming wise. But she hasn’t been groomed in almost 7 months. Yet I’m suppose to brush her even after they havent clipped her since march. It’s frustrating, I barely take care of my hair let alone a dog’
