I got a new case manager

I have had two talks with her and i know i don’t like her.

This is bad.

She is pushy and already criticizing how i’m managing and almost blaming me for my symptoms.

I meet her next week with my spouse. I’m so angry.

Can you switch?

I wouldn’t want to work together with someone who Blaimed me for having sz.

It is. The system is overloaded. Lost my caseworker last year, talked to this one a few months ago and i didn’t want her. But now they are forcing me to have a caseworker and she is the only one available.

Maybe you can get used to her once you’ve spent time together talking and opening up?

Hm. I know when I have an immediate bad feeling with a case worker, there is a very clear reason. And they will not be a support to me. Many in these job have issues themselves. That they aren’t always aware of.

Can you brainstorm with your partner about different solutions? Can you diplomatically bring it up with her and see if she can reflect?

My psychiatrist was an ■■■■■■■, and nearly killed me, but he turned around and changed his complete functioning. Now we are good.

Where I get services, if my case manager is rude, or I have other problems with her, I can go to her supervisor and complain. Can you do that?
