I finally have something to do, through chores that my therapist assigned me. It is still hard on bad days though, but on the good days it makes me feel better.

I have chores that are required to keep my household running smoothly; housework, laundry, grocery shopping. On bad days I do the minimum and on good days I do extra. It all evens out and I manage to make it work.

my mum gave me a chore that i do every saturday morning. I have to vacuum the upper floor… it’s hard to get started but once i get started it goes ok i think.
