I was going to quit sugar, and I had quit for a day or so, and I felt flat. So I got a bowl and put a slice of bread in it, and poured syrup all over that. Then I ate it. Now I feel anxious and twisty. I’m also noticing symptoms that alarmed me reappearing. Maybe the experiment was worth it to let me know I really need to quit sugar.

Having a very flat day too. Don’t know why. Maybe poor sleep. Haven’t been outside today.
Quitting sugar is a challenge for sure. I hope you’re able to do it and begin feeling better!
