everywhere. i don’t know if i should go anywhere anymore. should i run out of this country where this happens to me again and again?

@ifeelblessed you should try to stand your ground and fight for what you want and believe in … unless your in an impoverished county … Then I would run and not look back and come to USA or some place similar with freedom to fight for your corner of existence…
But I don’t know any more I so messed up my self I’m trying to help though… I hope I made sense … I hope what I say helps., and you are welcome here at least.

Mental pain is probably the harder thing to deal with and often it makes us make bad decisions. Having sz is very much about riding the waves. You ride out the bad times and enjoy the good…and you try not to make big decisions when your at the bottom.
I’m sorry your feeling down. Hang in there. Things do get better and it always important to keep the stress low.
