I feel alone too. no friends really that i see in this state. high school friends won’t see me because I embarrassed one of them. some 40 minutes west and what the hell i should get out there one of these days when the weathers good. there’s a guy i talk to down south a little. we talk a lot on the phone. my ex from my 20’s comments on my facebook sometimes. other than clubhouse and peer support I am alone.
We arent really dating more just freinds but no benefits. As im not in to that

I have no family now since my mom died in 2018, except for my sister, her husband, and two kids. I do have several friends though, so I don’t feel extremely lonely. My sister doesn’t want to have anything to do with me. She only lets me send her letters by the Post Office. She lives nearly 1000 miles away.
I used to think loneliness was a bad thing, but not anymore. I like living in my own little world. Plus, we are in the digital age. Plenty of available entertainment so you don’t really need to find human contact.

I’m alone most of the time but almost never feel lonely. I do call and text a lot. And I’m also on this forum most days.

I was alone growing up. The mind stirs around. Could be bored too much. You’ll be alright.
Take the energy you put into complaining and go for a walk. Look at some at some scenery and get some fresh air.
