i feel like i have a fever i am hot but than as soon as i get from underneath covers than i feel cold so i get back under, im a little shaky but i can get through these withdraals are bad but this is at i have to go thru to switch meds
i might take a benadryl so i can get some sleep
What meds have you stopped, and at what dose?

Maybe a Tylenol PM would help. It’s Tylenol plus Unisom.
Please check with your pharmacist to see which med you can take. A lot of interaction.
I went through this too before. Just relax, take a shower, hang in there because it will pass.
