When I started taking antipsychotic medication I had low energy, but it’s not the case anymore
My mood is often low but even though I stopped taking medication during one week several times I didn’t see a difference in my mood
So I don’t think the issue is my medication
I upped my dose of haldol. With the doctor. I kept getting into psychedelic states
I am extremely sensitive to med side effects. Haldol is pretty much a hammer straight to the noggin for me, so of course it’s my PRN. This is why I prefer to tolerate some positive symptoms over tolerating med side effects.
I’ve been on APs consistently for almost a decade, so I’ve forgotten what it’s like without them. I’d say I tolerate them well, though
