I feel paranoid about my neighbour. He hates us and is really rude

Im scared to see him incase he has a go at me. He has mental health problems and learning disabilities but he has sworn at us call us names wished us dead and so on. Im afraid to go out of my door incase i see him. His wife has taken the mick out of me in the past and also has learning disabilities. He has threatened other neighbors and even builders working around my house. He is a bully and a peice of work

I think he might have autism or schizophrenia wearent sure but he gets very obsessed with things

I have a neighbor who swears up a violent storm. My other neighbors have spoken to me about him and how their peace of mind is robbed.

Now that I’ve paid more attention to him, I think he’s a vet with PTSD. Based on that thought, I have hope I might someday have a positive interaction with him, as I have PTSD also.
