It happens every time I take medication it sucks like Everytime I breathe I can feel the hole it’s like in the center of my chest has this happen to anyone before sometimes it feels like my soul is being ripped from this hole it’s invisible and it hurts sometimes what could it be ?

See a Dr asap Tell him your symptoms. It could be many things unrelated to meds.

I felt my heart beat faster earlier on, thought I was having a heart attack.
I’m pretty sure it’s heartburn, this can make your heart beat faster at times.
I also took a Klonopin to calm down a bit.
If you are having chest pain then call a doctor ASAP.
This could be something more severe.

Sounds like an ulcer. Pill’s rubbing up against it. See your GP.
