Not sure how many liters but I Carry water everywhere

Not enough. Not by a long shot.

Some days I only drink diet soda, milk, and coffee except when it comes time to take my meds. I only drink water then because I take my meds after I brush my teeth.

Shameful.

Idk how many liters I drink. I drink probably like 16 oz or a bit less during the day and then a whole water bottle at night however many oz that is. I just drink when Iā€™m thirsty I dont go out of my way to drink water.

I have a two liter bottle with me everyday and I fill it up two to three times a day

I have a 0,7L bottle at my desk and I refill it 2-3-4 times a day
