I don't understand Physics!

I don’t understand anything about physics. I don’t think my comprehension is great. I want to try and read Plato’s Socrates. I’ll get back to you on how it’s going.

Physics is a difficult subject and shows us the universe is extremely weird.

Is there something in particular you are confused about? I can try to help, but I’m no professional

No, nothing in particular. I’m interested in time.

Do you know anything about special relativity?

No, I know nothing about that.

Here is a short explanation.

First you must understand that time is relative, meaning things with mass experience time differently at different speeds. And all of this has to do with the constant speed of light.

It goes a little like this. We have a person in a rocket ship that travels extremely fast and people watching it. The rocket starts traveling near the speed of light. Because the speed of light is the same in all reference frames, the people in the rocket “speed up” through time.

That’s the best I can explain it, but it’s very weird, and. VERY true. Numerous experiments prove this theory correct.

I don’t. My pool playing skills show it.
