Tommorow i go to hospital outpatiant. Since December i’m not myself anymore. I mean changed. My dr will know what is to do. Maybe because of stress idk

Also thin ink of a therapist, your pdoc is a ■■■■■ who denyes your basic rights as a person who’s struggling with mentall illness. If you request therapy in Romania you’ll get it for free for anybody who’s struggling.
Ditch that ■■■■■, she doesn’t help you
