Looking in the mirror and my face is changing. I don’t know what is going on. I had this happen before a long time ago. Also someone is inputing strange images on my mind. My eyes don’t look the same and is much smaller. I need help of some kind.
I don’t know who is doing this to me. I had people watch me and make negative comments the other day.
It’s your mind playing tricks on you. The mirror doesn’t lie. I wear eyeglasses as well, and I think I also look better without them. If it gets worse, you should contact your caretaker or doctor. There is something called “Body dysmorphia” and it can be really serious.
Hope you get over it!
Body dysmorphia, also called body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), is a mental health disorder that leads to extreme distress over your appearance. You may think certain parts of your body are defects. Other people may not be able to notice the flaws you perceive, or they see them as minimal.
