I look normal in my facial reactions. I think I used to have this but when my worst symptoms were going on I didn’t have flat affect and still don’t. Does this mean I don’t have this disease?

Flat affect is only one of the many symptoms of schizophrenia, most schizophrenics have positive symptoms only and no negative symptoms like flat affect, apathy and avolition.
I know what u mean, can make things boring lol, manic days seem to be too many emotions, I’d say you’re getting better but idk
