I used to like to talk about them but now i get nausia if the subject comes up.
It is so often hard for me to assign cause and effect.
I don’t like to talk about them if I’m doing well because it can suck me back into the thought track. It can be good to avoid which is why we post trigger warnings and put stuff in the unusual beliefs section and stuff so people who want or need to avoid it can
However if I am not doing well I have found talking about it on here has really helped me, both in making me feel less alone with it and because people here are really great at grounding. There have been a few times where I was on the brink and folks on here convinced me not to go in the wrong direction.
