I feel like im trapped in another dimension and i just cant get out of it.

My heart is palpitating also, sux…

Im not in control at all, im confused and lost.

I just want to curl into a ball and hide out in the shade

I feel out of it, too :hugs::exploding_head:. I’m trying to sleep or relax at least, but my heart is beating so loudly that it seems as if there is a kettledrum in the room
