I don't drink , but im think about it

I eat liver and onions for lunch and now my iron is to high, so I’m thinking why not thin it down. is it a good idea or not.?

It’s a bad idea. Alcohol doesn’t help things. If you just avoid iron for a few hours, your iron content will go down again. It doesn’t stick around very long. And it’s nearly impossible to overdose on iron just from eating foods that are naturally rich in iron. You would need an iron supplement to enter dangerous territory.
