You should plan when to go and just go. Motivation usually doesn’t come if you just wait around for it.

Is something difficult?
Just give up!

Terry Crews says that on days he doesn’t have the motivation to go to the gym, he still goes, but doesn’t work out. He just sits in the sauna and reads a book, and relaxes. That way, he doesn’t break his routine, but the gym doesn’t feel like a punishment to him.

I wish we had saunas at my gym so I could do that.

Is there any resting area? I assume it would work similarly.

Nah it’s a basic gym full of basic bishes.

I always had mixed feelings about it. It was worth it, though, because of all the endorphins I got from the exercise. Since I was put on ap medicine I work out a lot less, hardly any at all.

I tell myself everyday that I need to do certain things to be better. It’s not easy, though. It’s hard work. I always feel better about myself once I do them though, then when I don’t.

Ya, thing is exercise exists independent of the gym. Though it is filled with tools which can help you.

Exercise is mind

Everything, both mind and body are biological. If your brain stops working, you are either in a coma or dead. Even when you sleep, your brain is semiconscious.
