Reggae is my jam. I don’t know how you could dislike reggae if you have a pulse!

I dig reggae a lot too. Black Uhuru, Steel Pulse, the Congos, Israel Vibration = all awesome!

I’m not a big fan of reggae either, although I admired Bob Marley.
I much prefer Blue Grass over Country - not a big fan of Country either.
I somewhat dislike lyrical music. if I listen to it for too long, I get paranoid.
I find most reggae annoying. Sometimes I like when other artists mix some reggae elements in their music, but pure reggae just doesn’t entertain me much. Country I like a little, but old country is much better to me than contemporary.
I’ll take classic country over modern country and classic reggae over modern reggae. They were best when they were fresh… IMO

I’ve only recently started liking some country music, I hate the most right now Opera and Death Metal.
My fav. has always been pop and I really love theater soundtrack scores. I also like some light-rock, there are are few heavy rock artists I like, like Queen, Ozzy Osborne, and Marilyn Manson but the list is small in that genre. I also enjoy new age spa music, I find it very relaxing.
I used to go every year to the Vermont reggae festival. It was three days long in the mountains of Vermont. I’ve seen some pretty incredible performances by steel pulse, Pato Banton, Culture,
Jimmy Cliff.
Reggae is my favorite type of music but now that I don’t smoke bud anymore it hurts to listen to because the two went hand in hand for me.
I still get a good feeling when I hear the classic reggae greats on the radio. I would post some of my favorite jams but I’m back on new user status and they don’t allow me to upload music 
Israel vibration is one of my faves. Along with steel pulse and black uhuru. Those are all great groups.
Black uhuru has some of the most hardcore dubs and songs that are all classics.

I just dislike country music. I like everything else. I’m very eclectic in my musical tastes. But, I mostly like jazz, blues, and traditional and contemporary classical.
I dislike dubstep and pop music… one I don’t understand and the other is too cookie cutter…
