Have you heard of the schizophrenic reggae artist Eek-A-Mouse?
I don’t think this is his best track
I still love a lot of the 70’s reggae groups from Jamaica, but I don’t listen to it too much anymore.
@anon40653964, Is also a big reggae fan.
I listen to Marley and the Wailers mostly, but some Culture and Tosh aswell.
One of the few things not my taste when it comes to music. Used to smoke a lot of reefer back in the day but never really got it. Not that I don’t like some reggae. I do. Just as a genre it’s like ska to me. It’s not my cup of tea.
Well mon, I liked a couple of Bob Marley’s biggest hits and in 1978 I saw Peter Tosh open for the Rolling Stones but I’ve never really been into reggae. The first time I ever saw a white guy with dredlocks was in 1982 when I was 22. This part-indian girl in my group home had a boyfriend who had dreds.
The woman had zero interest in me, even just to talk but I forgive her because one night I was in my room laying on my bed with the door open and she walked into her room across the hall and started changing her clothes where I could see her. She was rather well endowed in the chestal region and she peeled off her shirt and she wasn’t wearing a bra. But since I was stupid with women at the time instead of doing the smart thing and just keeping quiet and staring I thought the right thing to do was get up and shut my door. I still regret that move. What were we talking about again? Music or something?
Nice! Havent listen that much to Steel Pulse.
Bought a box with all the original Marley albums on vinyl back in the day when I had money.
Gonna put it on after todays classes!
Yeaaa
I have a few Bob Marley albums.
Reggae music kind of got ruined for me when I vacationed to Jamaica in ‘98.
It is a very poor country and the people come a cross very desperate. At least around the tourist areas.
