My gran is battling cancer so we chose not to go to my cousins wedding. My aunt and uncle didn’t like it. So they stopped even calling us. But guaranteed they’ll turn up to the funeral, they haven’t bothered to ask how she is.

Whatever helps you to help and/or feel better. I wish everything could be straight forward and free of conflict. But either way, Im sorry you are in this situation. Cant be nice!

Same. It takes effort to remember that, at any given point, at least someone will be angry with me. And that, a lot of the time, their reasons will be ones I don’t agree with.
