Last night I had paranoia that I was convinced was real
Today I got up and went back to college to my degree and it was good to be back. My anxiety wasn’t so bad today and I sat in the canteen at lunch with the others

That’s always nice. When an episode falls short of the expected days of mental agony. Shows that you’ve really got a handle on the rebounding process.
For me mornings are the best. I’m well rested and not delusional, then by the end of the day things happen and I get delusional. Then I go home and sleep and wake up not delusional again.
