I successfully did the grocery shopping alone. I was being followed around and saw lots of cameras watching me but I managed to overcome my desire to run out and I finished the shopping

Who was following you around?
The guys that think I used to be an agent and now think it was for another country. They have others follow me and report on me too.
It really makes you a lot more functional if you can shop by yourself! Congrats!
When I lived at home, I gradually took over many tasks that were difficult for my worn out Mom. In my later life, it gave me a lot of freedom that I could do those tasks.

I don’t think anyone is following you. I think you’re a bit delusional. I dont mean that in a mean way. Schizophrenia can cause delusions. Have you told your pdoc you think you’re being followed?

Thanks @TheCanuk . Yes, my pdoc knows. No med, and no dose has stopped it. I’ve been on many sometimes even at higher than the accepted maximum doses

There are cameras everywhere. Your phone you carry with you has a camera and microphone

I know. And they watch me and listen to me through my phone. It drives me crazy

What makes you think you are being watched and listened to?
When I leave the house I see people following me around and using listening devices in pens, phones, and purses. Plus they have buds in their ears and they talk to each other. They don’t come into my home so I assume they want me on house arrest
