I have been tapering off olanzapine and it is a really bad idea.
I think I should either go back on it or try something different,
but going off meds is a total disaster for me.

On the bright side, this means you do not have treatment refractory schizophrenia. I’m sure with some experimentation, you will be able to find a med or med combo you can live with.

Get back on meds asap before you go through some serious psychosis so it will be easier to recover. Good luck.
