I cooked pasta today… it was average tasty… i like eggplant we call it brinjal in our country…do u live alone or with ur parents…
For me my mom cooks meal for us…!!!

I did not try egg plant till just a few years ago. My first time trying it was not good. I didnt know it had to be salted and left to sweat the bitter taste out.
I like it now. Good dinner idea. Been a long time since I had some.

I microwaved some leftovers. So I cooked at some point.
I had pasta with fresh tomato sauce and roasted red pepper

I used to love to fry egg plants in bread crumbs, really good.but love egg plant parmesan too.
I put some veggies in the steamer…

I buy the ingredients for something special and then eat it for about 4 days in a row.
Actually last week I bought eggplant. I sliced it, breaded it, and pan-fried it.
I am in a food slump, not knowing what to cook.

I made red beans and rice with smoked sausage for lunch.
just two packs of beef ramen…man with a little schiracha sauce it’s great.
