the classical piano music piece: La Ci Darem La Mano, by Mozart today. My teacher passed me on it. I only worked on it for one week and I already passed on it. I am passing on pieces faster and faster as time goes by. I am really making progress that way.
Also, I asked my teacher today if I sounded “heavy handed” in my left hand when I play. He said, “not bad really”. I was surprised to hear him say that because when I listen to recordings of myself, I think I sound super slow and heavy handed. My friend thinks I play well too. Musicians are usually their own worst critics.
