I came home from work

Like I know I shouldn’t quit for this one person but the job isn’t good for my health and I’m at loss as what to do. I bring home the stress and I dont ever leave it at work. I’m crying I’m so stupid I can’t quit but I’m desperate to

Health comes first imo.

Unless you think you can overcome this.

If it is bad for you. Work should not hurt and make you suffer.

I totally get it if you quit. It sounds awful

Working with schizophrenia is difficult. Ive tried multiple jobs and ended up quitting or getting fired. I dont blame you if you quit. Do whats best for your health.

Maybe I’m making everything up or making it sound worst than it is. I guess this kind of thing happens everywhere.

Just because it happens doesn’t mean it’s ok or right. You have to make sure you take care of your mental health. Not everyone has that component going on.

My employment specialist said she goes through the same and cries when she’s home but I doubt she has the same mental health problem as me

I have had over 50 jobs. Why is it only in the usa that the value of a person is determined by their employment status?

I’m in the UK and it’s true here too.
