I’m sorry. Was it hers or your decision to end it? Maybe it will be easier to move on if you don’t keep in contact at least to begin with. I don’t know what will be best for you of course, but I kept in contact with my ex and therefore I was constantly dragged back into a relationship that just shouldn’t be.
