Metformin worked well for me, not as hyped as ozempic but works really good

I already take metformin, glipizide and a insulin in addition ot Ozempic.

Saxenda has a similar action, but it is for weight loss and not diabetes. Ask for it.

My doctor had to write a letter suggesting they cover it because mine did not at first either. Maybe that is an option?

My Medicare Advantage Plan charges a huge percentage of the cost of approved non-preferred brand name drugs. So even if I got it approved, I couldn’t afford it @ozymandias
