And for my present breathing problems. It’ll probably be the cause of my death. I feel so morbid right now. I wish I were stronger. My breathing is quite shallow. Breathing had become unknowingly painful until I just didn’t breathe very much at all. No wonder I became mentally ill.
I found cigs my brain really meshed with. I’d say I blame sz for my smoking!

To me, the nicotine rush caused a lack of thought.
There’s a chemical in cigs that calm certain sz symptoms. Pretty sure it’s proven. And some dumb number like 85% of us smoke @PinCushion
I’m just awfully glad I quit.
