Poisoned food is a common delusion. I had it. Meds cleared it up. So I wouldn’t be so sure your ap’s are working on 100% of your delusions.

Should I ask for a dosage increase? I hate having delusions.
I would tell your pdoc. Maybe they will see fit to increase your dose or change medications. The important thing to remember for now is that there is a 99.9% chance that its in your mind.

Yeah, the “I’m being poisoned” delusion is really dumb. I’m planning to be someone of a decently high net worth and I still won’t worry about it anymore, as much as I did when unwell.
SZ makes you think everyone’s out to get ya but that is just a hallucination.
