I don’t know how to tell her, when and how…

Don’t be afraid. She’s there to help

I know, but something is telling me that I shouldn’t tell her

Why? Are you embarrassed?

No, I just believe that I am supposed to live this way… But I don’t want to

And today I cut myself, for the first time in 2 months

It’s imperative that you tell her so that you get help and stop hurting yourself

Don’t be afraid to tell your mom what’s going on. Is she generally supportive of you? If you have a generally healthy relationship and she has supported you in the past with your mental health issues, then I think you should absolutely let her know you’re suffering. She could provide a lot of support for you during a time that can be very isolating and dark. However, if you have a toxic relationship and she is not supportive and doesn’t understand what you’re going through, then maybe it wouldn’t be a good idea. It just really depends on your relationship with your mother. Assuming it is a good relationship, I say tell her.
