Got forklift certified in school. They’re gonna get us card thingies soon so we have physical proof of our certification.

I never renewed mine cause of covid, should check and see how there doing it now.

I used to be certified for the forklift when I worked back-room at wal-mart. Even so, I broke a truck’s door once by being careless. My punishment which was to watch them fix it, which was like a free break from work. Luckily it was my only accident from there on out.

I used to drive a forklift at one of the jobs I had in my youth. I did not need a certification though. They just let anybody that worked there hop on a fork lift. 
Even though I’m quite positive it was against Osha rules, we did it anyway.

Very cool. I used to drive high reach and conventionals in a grocery warehouse. You get very good when your driving a fork for 8 hour shifts. I had some mad skills and didn’t even use the brake…just opposite pedal. It really was fun and a great job that paid well back in the day!
I was certified at Sears when I unloaded trucks. It was a small electric forklift. I got pretty good on it, it was fun.
