That’s where I am. I just do what needs to be done and then sleep the rest of the time. I have no interest in my old hobbies and in social activities.

Phone is pretty much my only leisure activity nowadays.
I think my negative symptoms are getting worse over time and I don’t know what to do about it. APs make negative symptoms worse. Really hoping min-101 makes it out in a timely fashion and is effective.
Try memantine. I think that’s wbat I’m going to do.
What is min-101( if you don’t mind me asking)?
I feel exactly the same way.
It’s a new drug in development currently that was solely made for the purpose of improving negative symptoms.
I’m 58, and I’m starting to wonder what my life was about. I do get into the simple pleasures, though. Like seeing the autumn foliage. Or drinking a chocolate shake. Or watching a good documentary. I haven’t done that much with my life, but the race is not over yet.
Music is a huge part of my life…it helps me get by.
