80mg haldol and 60mg abilify. I called my doc and told him about the running commentary and the derealizations I have. He insisted that I should take 60mg abilify instead of 30mg.

60mg Abilify is a heavy dosage. I’m on 25mg Abilify. I hope it works for you.

Yes. I remember 30 mg was too heavy for me. 25 was my limit. Maybe om can tolerate 5 mg more than me. But Idk about 35 more. But that’s why I’m not a doctor. Be weary though if you have the bad side effects. And tell doc immediately. I take 20 mg plus naltrexone has antipsychotic effects for me.

I have no side effects even if it sounds weird, I have no problem with the high doses.

30mg is to strong for me as well. It makes me confused and the side effects are bad.

The first few days on 30 mg were ok but then I started to just feel like crap! I don’t remember all that much other than I had to go back to 25 mg.

I’m glad to hear you’re back up to your prescribed doses. I didn’t notice any bizarre postings or anything, I just know that return of symptoms is inevitable for me when I reduce my meds.
Hope you’re on the road to recovery like i am after my recent Haldol cutting episode…

The highest dose of Abilify that I tolerated was 25 mg.
I couldn’t go over this without feeling way over stimulated.
