I am feeling pretty darn good

i woke up as usual this morning – quite angry. then i did a light exercise routine (a workout) and man do I feel so much better!!!

Just thought i’d share.

I’m up. It’s nearly 4 AM and I have to drive 6 hours tomorrow. :yawning_face: I just can’t sleep though.

Why do you normally wake up feeling angry?

i don’t know actually gamera. this morning was better. i felt neutral.

Yeah, I’m at my parents’ house a few hundred miles away from where I live. It’s 6 AM and I can’t sleep again. It’s going to be a rough day.

take it easy. relax and try to think of something pleasant. enjoy. judy :smile::grin::laughing:

I did “morning yoga” once when I woke up (followed a YouTube video), and I felt great for the rest of the day. You’ve reminded me that I need to do that more often. It really does feel nice to exercise a bit.

I got my head shaved then watched 21 jump street.
