Yeah, judy. I’ve found it useful to talk to my inner self no matter how much it is ranting or raving. Books like No Mud, No Lotus by Thich Nhat Hanh have been useful in helping me connect and coexist with that part of me.

I’m feeling good too so, I’ll share.
I had a piano lesson yesterday at noon. My teacher told me that I’m getting a lot of good practice in. Yes, that I believe.
I’m really getting a lot of things down in piano. Even if it didn’t sound all that great, it’s good practice. I’m very pleased. I’m going to try playing block chords this week. It should sound better.
